Is life a struggle for you at the moment and you are thinking about counselling but you are not sure if it is right for you? The therapeutic journey of self exploration is often difficult but it is always very personal and private. So finding the right therapist is very important.
My name is Nick and I am fully qualified and experienced counsellor with a proven track record in helping people make positive changes in their lives. Changes that have taken them from a position of anxiety, defensiveness and confusion, to a position of true understanding with an acceptance and tolerance to the unknown, which has led to greater insight, confidence and to develop greater warmth and intimacy in their relationships.
I am able to provide affordable short-term as well as long-term therapy, to individuals and couples in a warm welcoming, confidential, safe, friendly, and non- judgmental environment.
I can help you with a wide range of issues
• Anxiety & depression
• Impulsive behaviours
• Relationship difficulties and breakups
• Abuse and domestic violence
• Bereavement and loss
• Work related stress
• Low self esteem and problems with confidence
• Identity issues
• Mental health issues
The list above is not exhaustive as every person is unique and comes with a unique combination of problems.
The normal fee is £50-£60 a session dependent on weekday or weekends but a sliding scale can be applied for those on low income at the Plumstead location.
